Can’t believe I just competed the last day of my 90 days journey!!! Feels so so surreal! I didn’t write too much in the last few days cause I had a lot I wanted to say, but wanted to wait till the final recap post! I’d give a brief update for today, and tomorrow would be a HUGE recap post where I reveal my final weight, new measurements, and some reflection points for the last 90 days. And lastly, plans for my Next Steps!!

Day 90 Recap:

Weight: 59.4 kg

Weight Left to Goal: 1.8 kg

Meal 1: cereal and yogurt

Meal 2: noodles and tuna 

Intermittent Fasting (18/6): 2PM-8AM

Workout: 55 Mins Body Combat

Calories Burned: 2200

Calories Consumed: 1150

Water: 3 liters

Daily Goals Met:

  • 3 liters of water ✅ 
  • Protein carbs balance ✅ 
  • Skip dinner ✅ 

Last day of my 90 days fitness journey! Wooohoooo!! Looking forward to the final post by tomorrow!
