When I’m feeling down and unmotivated to work out, I tune in to Sunny Funny Fitness YouTube channel and working out feels super fun! The music, the moves, the intensity, everything combined makes it super fun and exciting to follow! It makes working out fun and takes away any bad mood I’ve had for the day. I’ve tried a lot of other channels, but this is the best I’ve tried so far, I just had to blog about it heheh.

Anyways, on to my recap for today….

Day 82 Recap:

I woke up feeling a bit bloated today, but it wasn’t too uncomfortable. It cleared up towards the end of the day which was nice. 

Weight: 61.3 kg

Weight Left to Goal: 3.7 kg

Meal 1: yogurt and cereal 

Meal 2: leftover chinese rice with pork curry 

Intermittent Fasting (18/6): 2PM-8AM

Workout: 55 Mins Dance Workout 

Calories Burned: 2100

Calories Consumed: 1100

Water: 3 liters

Daily Goals Met:

  • 3 liters of water ✅ 
  • Protein carbs balance ✅ 
  • Skip dinner ✅ 

That’s it for day 82 of my 90 days fitness journey! Looking forward to more days of progress!
